Kim has extensive experience in building design and landscape construction with a passion for sustainable architecture, offering a wholistic approach and complete design package for clients. Kim is a certified Passivhaus Consultant.

His passion for design extends far beyond the drafting table where he creates thoughtful and responsive designs. His interest in using natural materials and harnessing natural light as well as his enthusiasm for sustainable design and construction ties in beautifully with our vision of creating high-performance homes.

Kim is also a key link in making sure a project runs smoothly onsite, managing the project orders and scheduling.
